                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY FINANCE 
                   OFFICER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE 
                   TREASURY DEPARTMENT OF THE STATE OF 
                   TENNESSEE, WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE CITY TO 
                   DEPOSIT ITS PRO RATA SHARE OF THE ESTIMATED 
                   COST OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF ASHLAND TERRACE 
                   FROM NORCROSS ROAD TO THE CHATTANOOGA CITY 
                   LIMITS, PROJECT NOS. STP-M-9206(36), 
                   33958-1530-54, AND STP-M-9202(37),

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the City Finance Officer be and is 
       hereby authorized to execute a Contract with the Treasury 
       Department of the State of Tennessee, which provides for the City 
       to deposit its pro rata share of the estimated cost of the 
       Improvement of Ashland Terrace from Norcross Road to the 
       Chattanooga City limits, Project Nos. STP-M-9206(36), 
       33958-1530-54, and STP-M-9202(37), 33958-3531-54.
